Caballero is a Spanish family business founded in the year 1830, with its home in El Puerto de Santa María.
Dedicated to producing and marketing highest-quality spirits and wines, with a strong bond to the wines of the D.O. Jerez-Xérez-Sherry, Caballero is present in over 50 countries. It is a company that seeks to grow through innovation, strategic alliances and new acquisitions.
The Caballero family acquired the Castle of San Marcos in 1959, as a token of the devotion it has always felt for the town. Since then the Castle has been the institutional home of the Caballero Group.
Caballero has played a very important role in recent decades in the restoration and preservation of the monument.
